摘要
目的:研究川芎、当归共有挥发性成分用β-环糊精(-βCD)包合的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以包合时间、包合温度、-βCD与XGRE的比例为考察因素,以挥发油利用率、包合物得率为考察指标,优选包合的最佳工艺并对包合物进行了验证。结果:环糊精包合川芎、当归共有挥发性成分的最佳工艺为A3B2C3,即按β-环糊精:XGRE=6∶1的比例包合,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为2h。结论:包合物与混合物有明显区别,-βCD与分子囊中的药物已经形成新的物相,包合成分的GC分析显示包结前后无化学变化。
OBJECtIVE To optimize the processing conditions forβ-eyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion complex of volatile oils in Chuanxiong and Danggui. METHODS The study was carried out using orthogonal design. The processing conditions were determined in terms of the ratio of utilized oil and derived ratio of complex. RESULTS The optimum preparation conditions were established as follows:β-CD: XGRE=6:1, inclusion temperature and time, 60 °C for 2 h. CONCLUSION The validated trial exhibits the obvious difference between mixture and inclusion complex that is the form of a new phase, because of β-cyclodextrin and drugs in the molecular capsules. The stability of included components improves greatly without chemical reaction according to the result of GC analysis.
