月桂氮酮和薄荷脑对姜赤凝胶体外透皮吸收的影响

Effect of azone and menthol on the in vitro percutaneous permeability of the Jiangchi gel in vitro

目的:研究不同浓度的月桂氮芯卓酮和薄荷脑对姜赤凝胶剂体外透皮作用的影响。方法:采用改进Franz扩散池装置,以离体小鼠鼠皮为透皮屏障,采用高效液相色谱法测定接收池中芍药苷的含量,计算芍药苷累积透皮吸收的量。结果:月桂氮芯卓酮月桂氮芯卓酮和薄荷脑对姜赤凝胶剂中芍药苷均有促透作用。其促透作用强弱顺序为:9%月桂氮芯卓酮>7%月桂氮芯卓酮>5%月桂氮芯卓酮>3%月桂氮芯卓酮>1%月桂氮芯卓酮;10%薄荷脑>7%薄荷脑>13%薄荷脑>4%薄荷脑>1%薄荷脑。结论:月桂氮芯卓酮和薄荷脑对姜赤凝胶剂中芍药苷的促透作用具有量效关系。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of the concentration of azone and menthol on the percutaneous permeability of the Jiangchi gel in vitro, METHODS lsolated rat skin was taken as the permeable barrier by using a modified Franz absorbingcell device. The content of paeoniflorin in the modified Franz absorbing-cell device was dertermined by HPLC,and the cumulation of paeoniflorin permeated through the rat skin was calculated. RESULTS Azone and menthol were found to increase the penetration of paeoniflorin in the gel, and the order of penetration enhancing effect was 9%〉7%〉5 %〉3%〉1% in azone and 10%〉7%〉13%〉4%〉1% in menthol. CONCLUSION The study shows the relation of quantity effect of azone and menthol on increasing the penetration of paeoniflorin in the gel.
