聚维酮碘软膏杀精子作用初步研究

A primary research on spermicidal action of povidone iodine ointment

目的:初步研究聚维酮碘软膏的杀精作用,明确该药对育龄妇女生育安全的影响。方法:体外杀精试验按照国际计划生育基金会体外杀精试验改良法进行,体内抗生育试验按照国家对杀精药品临床前研究指导原则中药效学研究方法进行。结果:离体状态下,聚维酮碘软膏可以在20s内杀死全部供试的大鼠和人类精子;在家兔活体试验中,所有经聚维酮碘软膏处理过的受精雌兔,均未能受孕。结论:聚维酮碘软膏在体内外对精子均具有很强的杀灭作用,对于想要生育的妇女,应避免使用。

OBJECTIVE The spermicidal effect was tested to review the safty of providone iodine （PVP-I） ointment to woman＇s reproduction. METHODS The method in vitro comes from the improved spermicidal test method in vitro recommended by International Planned Parenthood Foundation （IPPF） ,and the method in vivo comes from principle of pharmacodynamics research on spermicidal drugs drawed by SFDA. RESULTS In vitro, PVP-I Ointment can kill all the tested sperms from mouses or mankind in 20 seconds. In vivo, all rabbits treated with PVP-I ointment could not become pregnant. CONCLUSION It is determined primarily that the PVP-I ointment could kill sperms in vitro.
