太子产宁合剂的药效学考察

Study on therapeutic efficacy of Taizichanning Mixture

目的:探讨太子产宁合剂的抗疲劳、补血和缩短出血时间的作用。方法:用游泳法观察小鼠的抗疲劳作用、测定太子产宁合剂对失血性小鼠的补血作用、采用断尾法测定出血时间。结果:太子产宁合剂能延长小鼠的游泳时间,对失血性小鼠的红细胞(RBC)数和血红蛋白(Hb)量有明显的提升作用,并能缩短断尾小鼠的出血时间。结论:太子产宁合剂具有补气生血、缩短出血凝血时间的作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of Taizichanning mixture on anti fatigue, enriching blood and shortening BT. METHODS Anti-fatigue officacy was performed by mice suimming; The effect of enriching blood of the Taizichanning Mixture was measured with bleeding mice; Mice bleeding time（BT） was measured with cutting the tail. RESULTS Taiziehanning Mixture could prolong the mice swimming time, increase RBC and Hb, shorten BT. CONCLUSION Taiziehanning Mixture hassignificant effects on antifatigue, enriching blood and shortening bleeding time.
