摘要
某型发动机研制过程中,防喘/消喘控制系统是其设计的薄弱环节及影响安全的关键之处。为解决这一问题,利用某型综合电子调节器及内外场专用设备对其防喘/消喘控制功能进行了详细的研究分析。研究表明:发动机防喘判据应根据发动机高压压气机转速和发动机进口压力进行动态修正,同时,应对系统采取一定保护措施,以提高系统工作的可靠性和安全性。
Anti-surge/surge eliminating control system design is a key task to ensure engine safety and also a week link during the development of an aircraft engine. To solve this problem, the investigation and analysis of the system performances using a complex electronic regulator and on-site special testing equipment were carried out. The results show that the anti-surge criteria should be dynamically corrected according to engine high-pressure compressor speed and engine inlet air pressure, while protective measures should be taken to increase the reliability and safety of the system.
