摘要
侦察决策是侦察者通过对案件进行分析后作出的侦察选择或者决定。在案件侦察过程中,采用数据挖掘技术开采海量的侦察数据,从中发现有价值的信息,是刻画案情和决策侦察行为的重要环节。因此,论文提出了一个基于数据挖掘技术的侦察决策辅助支持系统,探讨了该系统的核心功能。在数据挖掘方面,主要采用数据聚类和关联规则技术,并且通过使用案件侦破后修正规则库的手段,使该系统对规则具有一定的自我学习的智能功能。解决了海量的侦察数据与有价值的数据之间的矛盾,挖掘出可能的有价值的犯罪过程和犯罪信息,使侦察决策的形成更具有科学性和现实性。
Investigation decision is a choice or decision made by the scouter after analyzing the case.Adopting Data Mining (DM) technique to deal with the enormous investigation data and acquire usable information from it in the process of investigation is an important segment to characterize the details of case and decide the investigation behavior.So an assistant support system of investigation decision based on Data Mining (DM) techniques has been put forward in this paper,and the core function of that system has been discussed.The main DM technique used are data classifications and Association Rules, and that system will have the function of self-learning intelligence to the rule through amending the rule database after the case has been solved. Because the conflict of the enormous investigation data and usable information has been solved,and crime process and crime information that may be useful have been dug out,the investigation decision is more scientific and practicable.
