摘要
建立了HPLC法测定托拉塞米片与注射液中的杂质。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH3.5)-甲醇(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长288nm。
A HPLC method for the determination of impurities in torasemide tablets and injection was established. A Kromasil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （pH 3.5） - methanol （55 ： 45）, at detection wavelength of 288nm.
