摘要 建立了HPLC法测定盐酸罗哌卡因含量及有关物质。采用C8柱,流动相为乙腈-0.015mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(25∶75),检测波长263nm。在1.28~1280μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,盐酸罗哌卡因和两个有关物质的检测限分别为7.0、6.0和6.0ng。平均回收率为100%,RSD为0.29%。 A HPLC method for determination of ropivacaine hydrochloride and its related substances was established. A C8 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.015mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (25 : 75) at the detection wavelength of 263nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.28 - 1280~tg/ml. The detection limit of ropivacaine hydrochloride and its two related substances were 7.0, 6.0 and 6.0ng, respectively. The average recovery was 100% with RSD of 0.29%.
