摘要
建立了高效毛细管电泳法测定常通口服液中的大黄酸。采用毛细管柱,运行缓冲液为30mmol/L硼砂溶液(pH8.2),检测波长254nm。大黄酸在3.2~19.2μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.8%,RSD为1.28%。
A HPcE method for determination of chrysophanic acid in Changtong oral solution was established. A capillary column was used with 30mmol/L borate buffer solution (pH 8.2) as the electrophoretic buffer solution, at the detection wavelength of 254 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 3.2 - 19.2μg/ml. The average recovery was 97.8% withRSDof 1.28%.
