无碳钢包砖专用火泥的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF MORTAR FOR NON-CARBON LADLE BRICK

针对无碳钢包砖“湿砌”施工过程中所遇到的实际问题,叙述了无碳钢包砖专用火泥的研制开发过程,新研制的火泥有效解决了无碳钢包砖“湿砌”难的问题。该产品经攀钢炼钢厂试用,取得了较好的使用效果。

The realistic problem of non-carbon ladle brick in wet process of construction was introduced in this paper. The process of development about non-carbon ladle brick was narrated. The developed mortar can solve the problem of non-carbon ladle brick in wet process of construction. From industrial scale experiment for steel plant of pangang, the effectiveness of the mortar was very good.
