摘要
介绍了齿轮的几种典型故障的特征及诊断方法。在齿轮故障诊断过程中,应用振动诊断方法可以解决变速设备中齿轮的绝大部分问题,有时还可以综合应用温度、磨损、失效分析以及无损探伤等辅助诊断手段,进一步提高齿轮故障诊断的准确性和可靠性,实现对设备管理的技术支撑和保障作用。
This paper delivers a solution to equipment management by introducing effective methods for. diagnosis of typical gear faults. It is found that most of the faults with speed gears can be detected using vibration diagnosis method. Supplementary methods such as temperature, abrasion and failure analysis as well as non-destructive inspection can be employed to improve accuracy and reliability in gear fault diagnosis.
