摘要
研究了几种重金属捕集剂对含铅废水的处理效果,讨论了反应时间、捕集剂加入量、pH值及多种重金属离子共存条件下各种捕集剂对铅处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,在反应时间为20min,捕集剂加入量为理论用量的1.2倍,pH值为2~6时处理效果较好,捕集效率在99%以上,且多种重金属离子共存条件下对捕集效果没有影响,处理后的废水能达到重金属国家排放标准。因此采用该方法优于传统处理方法,有很好的应用前景。
The objective of the study described in this paper is to evaluate treating capacity of several heavy metal chelating agents for treatment of a simulated wastewater containing lead, and the influence of the time of reaction, the used quantity of chelating agents, pH value, multi heavy metals ions co-existing on the results of treatment were discussed. The results showed that these chelating agents all have high removing efficiency under the following conditions: the time of reaction is about 20 minutes, the used quantity of chelating agents is more than 1.2 times than the theoretic dosage, pH is 2~6, the efficiency of the chelating agents capturing heavy metals ions is above 99%, and the quality of the treated wastewater could reach wastewater discharge standards. Thus the method is superior to the traditional chemical method and has better applying prospect.
