摘要
本文采用臭氧-生物活性炭(O3-BAC)组合工艺处理含MTBE的污染水体,研究了影响处理效果的各种因素,提出优化的工艺及运行参数,并讨论了MTBE的去除机理。研究表明:臭氧/过氧化氢氧化-混凝沉淀-生物活性炭组合工艺能有效处理受MTBE污染的河道水。在MTBE浓度为10m/gL时,COD的去除率为80%,MTBE的去除率达到92.8%。采用GC/FID检测MTBE及其氧化产物,通过GC保留时间的比较确定臭氧氧化MTBE的中间产物为叔丁醇(TBA)、叔丁基甲酯(TBF)、丙酮等。
In this paper, polluted water containing MTBE was treated by ozonation -biological activated carbon (O3-BAC). Based on the analysis of some factors affecting the treatment efficiency, the optimum process and its running parameters were proposed and the reaction mechanism was also discussed. The results showed that the MTBE in contaminated water could be treated effectively with O3/H2O2 oxidation-coagulation-BAC combining-process. When the initial concentration of MTBE was 10mg/L, the removal ratio of COD and MTBE were about 80% and 92.8% respectively. MTBE and its byproducts were analyzed with gas chromatography/hydregen flame ionization detector(GC/FID),and the oxidation intermediates were identified by GC retention time that they were TBA, TBF, acetone, etc.
