心理干预对于癌症患者心身症状的影响

The mental state interferes for the cancer suffere′s influence of the heart body symptom

目的:探讨心理干预对于改善癌症患者心理状态及生活质量的作用。方法:对正在进行化疗、支持治疗、放疗的60例癌症患者进行心理干预后2周4、周,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)对患者的心理状态,生活质量进行评估。结果:心理干预后SCL各项指标:精力,疼痛、情感、睡眠,社会活动,身体活动得分与干预前比较降低(P<0.05),SAS和SDS干预前得分均高于50分,心理干预后焦虑、抑郁得分明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可改善癌症患者的心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective：Inquiry into the mental state intervention for the improvement the tumor suffere＇s of the mental appearance and life quantity. Methods： To under way chemotherapy,the support cure ,50 tumor pauents who put the carry on the mental intervention ,the mental intervention is behind 2 weeks, 4 weeks ,use the worry amxiously from the evaluation form（SAS） suppressed the depression from the evaluation form（SDS） promise from the evaluation health form（NHP） to patient of mental appearance ,lived the quantity to carry on the valuation. Results： The mental intervention is behind various index signs of SCL：Energy,ache ,emotion ,sleep ,social activity,the body activity get a goal with the intervention the front relatively lower（P〈0.05）. Cocldusion：SAS and SDS before interfere get a goal all high in 50 divided attention to man.
