Study to the Online Weighing Technique of the Electric Excavator

初步分析了电动挖掘机铲装物料与钢绳拉力、铲斗位置间的关系,介绍了采用可编程序控制器及磁弹性称重仪构成电动挖掘机在线称重系统,以提高矿车装载系数、改善采场配矿精度的设计思路。

The paper primarily analyses the relationship among the excavator's loadings, tension force of the steel rope and the position of bucket, introduces the design thought that applying the programmable controller and the magnetically flexible weighing instrument to form the online weighing system of the electric excavator, which could increase the loading coefficient of the excavator and the burdening accuracy in mining area.
