高职师资队伍建设研究现状与特点分析

Analysis on the Reality and Characteristics of Research on the Teaching Stuff Construction in Higher Vocational Education

当前，高职师资队伍建设的研究视角普遍集中于学校范畴，缺乏对区域经济发展和教育发展的关注，关注点多停留在操作层面，且重复研究、浅层次研究较多。建议研究内容进一步深化和系统化，着眼于师资队伍建设的理论基础和发展战略上，并对个案展开深度挖掘。同时，加强对影响师资发展的外部因素的探讨，进一步丰富教育研究方法。

Nowadays, research on the construction of teaching stuff largely focus on school category, don＇t pay attention to region economical development and educational development, and the focusing spot rest on operating level excessively, and there are more repeated and superficial research. The suggestions are as follows： deepening and systematizing the research content, focusing on theory foundation and development strategy of the teaching stuff construction, and digging up the individual case in depth. At the same time, strengthening exploration on factors which have influence on the development of teaching stuff outside, enriching the educational research method.
