摘要
对链霉菌(Streptomycessp.)YIM-34121的液体发酵产物进行化学成分的研究,从中分离得到4个化合物。根据光谱数据分析,鉴定其结构分别为正三十四烷醇(1),Huperzine A(2),4-甲基-2,6-二羟基苯甲醛(3),尿嘧啶(4)。其中,化合物2是具有潜在治疗阿尔茨海默病的药物。
Four compounds were isolated from the liquid fermentinal products of the Streptomyces sp. YIM-34121. Their structures were identified respectively as n-tetratrialontanol(1), huperzine A(2) ,4-methyl-2,6-dlhydroxy-benzaldehyde (3), uracil (4) on the basis of the spectroscpic analysis. Among these compounds, 2 was a potential drug for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
