摘要
建立西洋参中7种人参皂苷含量测定的分析方法,并以7种人参皂苷的提取率为指标,对西洋参皂苷不同提取溶剂和不同提取方法进行比较。采用梯度洗脱,使用Alltima C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速为1.2mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为203nm;分别选用不同的提取溶剂和不同的辅助提取方法提取西洋参皂苷。在选定的色谱条件下每种成分在各自的浓度范围内均具有较好的线性相关性,7种人参皂苷的加标回收率为94.1-97.9%。本法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确;各人参皂苷不同提取溶剂和不同提取方法的提取率有一定的差异。
A HPLC analysis method was established for the determination of seven major ginsenosides in Panax quinquefolitum. Then different extracting solvent and method of ginsenosides was compared according to the extraction ratio of seven ginsenosides. Separation and determination were carried out by linear gradient elution under following conditions:Alltima C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)eolumn, aeetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, detection length of UV at 203 nm, flow-rate of 1.2 mL/min, column temperature at 35℃. The materials were extracted by different solvents and different assisted extraction methods. The obtained results indicated that the developed method is simple, accurate and reliable for the determination of seven girtsenosides in Panax quinquefolitan.L with a good linearity and the recovery ranges of 94.1 - 97.9%.The extraction ratios of seven ginsenosides with different solvents and methods were different.
