摘要
给出不同盘槽位置角气垫压力的计算公式和气垫压力的理论分布曲线,引入气垫压力的实验研究方法。运用FLUENT软件,对实例中的气垫流场作了数值模拟,分别给出相同气垫不同开孔直径气垫压力分布曲线,相同孔径、相同形状、不同厚度气垫压力分布曲线和相同孔径、不同形状气垫压力分布曲线;给出理论计算与模拟结果对比情况。
The experimental study method is presented to obtain the expressions and distribution curve of air-cushion pressure. With the FLUENT software, the air-cushion flow field of an actual application is numerically simulated, and the pressure distribution curve of air-cushion with the same thickness and different hole diameters, with the same hole diameter and air - cushion shape but different thickness, or with the same hole diameter and different air- cushion shapes. The comparison between theoretical calculation results and simulation ones are conducted.
