摘要
从描述色散位移光纤中光孤子传输的修正非线性薛定锷方程出发,利用对称分步Fourier方法,对光孤子在初始啁啾影响下的传输演化特性进行了数值研究。结果表明,初始啁啾存在时,孤子间相互作用比无啁啾时更加严重,影响了通信系统的质量和容量。仿真结果还表明,不等振幅输入法在一定程度上能对初始啁啾影响下孤子间的相互作用进行有效地抑制。
Starting from the modified nonlinear Schrodinger equation describing the propagation of optical soliton, the propagation properties of solitons with initial chirp in dispersion-shifted fibers is studied numerically by making use of symmetrical slit-step Fourier transformation method. The results show that the interaction of solitons with initial chirp is stronger than that without it. The former influences the quality and capability of soliton communication systems. It is also shown that the unequal amplitude inputing method can still reduce the soliton interaction with initial chirp in a certain degree.
