应用小白鼠对鸡大肠杆菌病多价蜂胶灭活疫苗进行效检的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为寻找更好的鸡大肠杆菌病多价蜂胶灭活疫苗的效检方法,本研究应用小白鼠代替本动物“鸡”,对鸡大肠杆菌病多价蜂胶灭活疫苗进行效检。结果表明,小白鼠免疫体重为18~22g,疫苗免疫剂量为0.3ml/只;免疫后10d,攻毒体重为20~28g,攻毒剂量为2~3×107CFU/只时,可代替本动物“鸡”对鸡大肠杆菌病多价蜂胶灭活疫苗进行效检,判定标准为免疫组8/10以上保护,对照组5/5死亡为合格。本效检方法可缩短检验期限7d,降低检验成本,具有更敏感、更特异、更客观、更简便等特点。 To find better efficacy test method for inactivated multivalent chicken Ecoli. Propolis vaccine,this paper focused on tile efficacy test of the vaccine using Mus musculus albus in place of chicken. The result showed that the mouse was inlmunized wittl 0.3nll of the vaccine when its body weight was 18-22 gram.10 days post-immunization, while the body weight of mouse reach 20-28 gram and the challenging dose was 2-3x107 CFU per nlouse, the mouse might replace chicken for efficacy test to inactivated chicken Ecoli. Propolis vaccine.The assessment criteria were protective ratio of 8/10 of immunized mice and dead ratio of 5/5 of control. This test could shorten test period up to seven days, cut down test cost with more sensitive,specific,objective and convenient feature.
