摘要
马钢二烧PLC系统推动了烧结生产自动化,但其生产数据库资源未进行信息开发应用。此处利用统计软件对其进行挖掘开发,利用正交试验确定原料配比结构及水碳量最优化、动态化组合;利用聚类分析进行关键操作参数标准体系设计;最后,就如何实现过程参数标准控制形成了量化管理体系。
The NO .2 sintering plant of Magang promoted sintering production automation by PIE system,but its data warehouse to produce information was not applied, its information was mined by statistical software, directly calcuting the matching structure to optimize dynamically of raw materials by orthogonal test from existing database resource to produce, water - carbon amount to optimize by regression analysis combined, and the key operating parameter system was designed and made its standard by duster's analysis. Finally, how to realize course parameter standard control form standardized operating technique system formed quantity management.
