前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状修复手部软组织缺损

Hand soft tissue defect treated by interosseous artery dorsal forearm reverse island skin flap

目的总结使用前臂骨间背侧皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的经验。方法搜集2001年12月～2003年12月30例应用前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损患者的临床资料进行分析与经验总结。结果30例皮瓣中22例皮瓣成活良好,8例皮瓣出现静脉危象,其中6例经过解痉治疗及高压氧治疗后好转,2例出现远端部分坏死。结论前臂骨间背侧皮瓣是修复手部软组织缺损较理想的方法。

[Objective] To summarize the experience of hand soft tissue defect treated by interosseous artery, dorsal forearm reverse island skin flap. [Methods] Thirty cases of hand soft tissue defect treated by interosseous artery, dorsal forearm reverse island skin flap were analyzed from December in 2001 to December in 2003. [Resuits] Twenty-two skin flap of 30 was good but was vein articulo happened in eight skin flap; six were improved after spasmolysis and hyperbaric oxygen treatment but distails necrosis happened in two patients. [Conclusion] Interosseous artery, dorsal forearm reverse island skin flap is an ideal therapy to treat hand soft tissue defect.
