摘要
全玻璃真空集热管的热性能可用空晒温度、闷晒试验与平均热损系数表示。制备的五种多层铝一氮/铝吸收涂层,具有相近的高太阳吸收率,而法向发射率εn在0.14—0.05(80℃)范周内。测定了集热管热性能与涂层热发射率关系,表明空晒温度(StaanationTemperature)测试是对全玻璃真空集热管内真空度、选择性吸收涂层的太阳吸收率与热发射率综合而严格的检验。探讨与确定了单根全玻璃真空集热管在其背后采用铝漫反射板,温度在25—60℃范围内的平均集热效率,约80%。
Stagnation temperatures, the accumulative values of solar radiation for same increment temperatures and average heat loss factor are measured for the thermal performance of all- glass evacuated collector tubes. Five type graded Al-N/Al absorbing coatings with closer solar absorptane a and different normal thermal emittances εn around 0. 14-0.05(80℃). The stagnation temperature value is most strictly displayed for evacuated collector tubes. The average thermal efficiency determined is around 80%in the 25 60℃ for single all- glass evacuated collector tube with aluminium diffuse reflector.
