摘要
水平浓缩煤粉燃烧具有能同时满足高效稳燃防结渣和低NOX排放的特点。利用百叶窗可将一次风分成浓度差异适当的浓淡两股。双射流的衰减比单射流强烈并且扩展迅速;随着喷口间距的增加,双射流的衰减和扩展趋于单射流;V型钝体使双射流混合推迟,WR型钝体使双射流通场混合加快。理论与实验结果吻合很好,工程应用结果令人满意。
Abstract Combustion of horizontally stratified pulverized coal is featured by both highly efficient combustion without slag formation and low NOx emission.Primary air may be devided into two flows of different pulverized coal concentration with the help of shutters. This double spray decays and dilates much more quicker than a single spray. Mixing of the double flow is retarded by Vshaped baffle flame holders, while WR shaped ones intensify mixing in the near flow field. Theory and Practice conform well with one another and results of engineering application are satisfactory.
