HPLC法测定化瘀活血丸中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of Ferulic Acid by HPLC

目的:测定化瘀活血丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。流动相甲醇-1％乙酸(28:72), 检测波长323nm,流速lml/min,柱温40℃。结果:平均回收率98．69％,RSD1．15％。结论:本方法可用于化瘀活血丸中阿魏酸含量的测定。

Objective： We determined the content of ferulic acid in xuefuzhuyu pills.Methods; We determined it by HPLC.The solvents system were methyl alcohol- 1% acetic acid（ 28： 72）, and the detection wavelength was 323nm.The flow rate was 1ml/min, and the cloumn temperature was 40℃ .Results. The average recovery was 98.69%, RSD was 1.15% .Conclusion：This method can be used for determination of ferulic acid in Xuefuzhuyu pills.
