摘要
目的:优化复方岗梅根颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用均匀设计优化水提工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为:水提取3次,每次90min;醇沉法以合醇量60％,25℃最合理。结论:提取工艺简单,合理,可行。
Objective： To optimize preparative technology of Compound Gangmeigeng Granules. Methods： The uniform design coupled with computerized optimization the methods was adopted to screen decoction and alcohol precipitation. Results： The best process for extraction was three with water decoefon 90min each time and for aleohol precipitation with 60% alcohol, 25℃ .Conclesion：This Preparative technology was simple rational and feasible.
