本文简介了植物多酚的分布与分类,及其在食品方面的应用包括:食品添加剂、酒类澄清剂,保健食品。由于植物多酚具有防龋、抗衰老、防辐射、抗过敏等多种生理活性,使得其在保健糖果、饮料等方面有着广阔的开发前景。
