地裂缝场地中某高层建筑桩基设计

摘要 针对某高层住宅小区中地裂缝的走势和特点,对位于上盘的高层公寓楼采用DX挤扩支盘桩,以解决其桩长受限的问题。对位于下盘的高层综合楼采用长桩,以满足避让距离的要求。对位于微变形区的地下车库和位于主变形区的汽车坡道则依照“按区分段,按区加强”的原则设计。相关的设计思路和方法可供同类条件下高层建筑地基基础设计参考。 According to the characteristics and distribution of earth fissure in a high-rise residential building district, the DX extruding-expanding multi-brace-disk pile is used in the high-rise apartment in the upper plate of the earth fissure, so the problem that the usage of long pile is not permissible. For the high-rise general building in the lower plate of the earth fissure, the long pile is used to satisfy the dodge distance. The principle of "dividing building according to zone and strengthening building according to zone" is adopted for the design of underground garage in the tiny deformation area and car road in the main deformation area.The design method can be referred for engineerings with similar ground.
