中西医结合加内镜介入治疗溃疡性结肠炎126例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 126 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis Treated by Integration of Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine Combined with Endoscopy

目的：观察中西医结合加内镜介入治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选取126例溃疡性结肠炎患者，给予口服健脾益气、清热解毒、化瘀通络的中药；对于部分病变在左半结肠者，给予中药保留灌肠，病情较重者，给予口服艾迪沙或柳氮磺胺吡啶，每日3～4g；合并有炎性息肉者，采用微波凝固或热活检钳夹除。结果：126例患者中临床治愈98例，显效11例，有效15例，无效2例，治愈率77．8％，总有效率86．5％。主要症状及肠黏膜病变积分与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。配合内镜介入治疗者，肠炎性息肉完全消失。结论：中西医结合加内镜介入治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

To observe the therapeutic effect of integration of Chinese medicine with western medicine combined with endoscopy on ulcerative colitis. Methods ：126 cases of ulcerative colitis were treated with oral administration of Chinese drugs for strengthening the spleen and supplementing qi, clearing away heat and toxic materials, and removing blood stasis and dredging the collaterals. Patients with the lesion in the left colic were given retention-enema of Chinese medicine, and severe patients were given oral administration of Etiasa or Azulfidine, 3-4g each day. For the patient accompanied with inflammatory polyp, microwave coagulation Or hot biopsy forceps was adopted for removing the polyp. Results：Among the 126 cases, 98 cases were clinically cured, 11 Cases markedly effective, 15 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective,the cured rate being 77.8% and the total effective rate being 86.5%. There was a significant difference before and after treatment in the cumulative score for main symptoms and lesion of intestinal mucosa （P 〈 0. 01）. For the patient who was treated by addition with endoscopy, the enteritical polyp disappeared completely. Conclusion： The integration of Chinese medicine with western medicine combined with endoscopy has obvious therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis.
