直肠脱垂动物标本的采集和动物模型的建立——探索发病机理和最佳治疗方法

Establishment of Animal Model of Rectal Prolapses and its Specimen Collection for Probing into the Etiopathology, and Optimal Therapy

为探索直肠脱垂的发病原因、发病机理，以选择最佳治疗方法，通过大量样本的调查，采集了动物直肠脱垂的自然标本和人工建立了兔、犬直肠脱垂的模型。动物自然标本的采集，获得了幼兔直肠脱垂标本1例；犬直肠脱垂标本21例，其中幼犬19例，成年犬2例；幼猪直肠脱垂标本1例1鸡直肠脱垂标本3例；鸭直肠脱垂标本10例；豚鼠1例。人工直肠脱垂模型的建立，兔25例，犬1例。通过深入研究，揭示了直肠脱垂的发病原因和机理，提出了最佳治疗方法。

For the objective of probing into the etiopathology through, and optimal therapy for rectal prolapse,through, investigating, the great number of samples, authors collected the natural specimen of animal rectal prolapse and used rabbits and dogs, to establish the model of this disease. The animal natural specimen sampled by authors include one ease of young rabbit, 16 eases of dogs （young dog 15 cases; adult dog, 1 ease） ,one ease of young pig,3 eases of hens,10 eases of ducks,one ease of guinea pig. The models of rectal prolapse established by authors consist of 25 eases of rabbits and one ease of dog. On the basis of above-mentioned works and thorough study authors clearly defined the etiology, and mechanism of rectal prolapse, and put forward optimal therapy.
