经肛直肠黏膜缝扎加肛门外括约肌缩短术治疗完全性直肠脱垂20例

Suture-ligation of Rectal Mucosa through Anus-rectum add External Anal Sphincter Shortening Operation for 20 Cases with Complete Rectal Prolapse

为探讨完全性直肠脱垂简便实用术式，采用经肛直肠黏膜、黏膜下多点缝扎加肛门外括约肌缩短成形术治疗20例成人完全性直肠脱垂。20例全部治愈，无并发症。19例随访6个月至10年，无复发。结果表明，使用经肛直肠黏膜、黏膜下多点缝扎加肛门外括约肌缩短成形术治疗完全性直肠脱垂，方法简便、有效，手术创伤小。恢复快，并发症少。

The objective of this study was to explore a simple and effective procedure for complete prolapse of rectum. The data on the procedure of rectal mucosa and submucous many points suture-ligation add external anal sphincter shortening through anus-rectum performed in 20 adult patients with complete rectal prolapse were analysed retrospectively. There were no recurrence and complication with in the follow-up of 6 months to 10 years after operation for 19 cases who were all cured. These show that the procedure has such advantages as easy to perform,efficiency,slight injury, faster recovery and little complication.
