注射疗法治疗直肠脱垂26例疗效观察

Injection Therapy in the Treatmcnt of Prolapse of Rectum： Analysis of 26 Cases

采用1：1消痔灵液对直肠黏膜脱垂者行黏膜下点状注射，对完全性直肠脱垂行直肠周围注射。结果：儿童7例均一次治愈，成人19例中，一次治愈12例．二次治愈4例。3例明显好转。有效率100％。治愈率88．5％。随访2年，未见复发。结果表明，注射疗法具有操作简便、并发症少、费用低以及安全可靠等特点，是治疗直肠脱垂的有效方法。

Injection therapy was applied in the treatment of prolapse of rectum in 26 cases,in which Xiao Zhiling injection（1 ： 1） was used in mucosa prolapse patients with points injecting into rectal submucosa, while in complete prolapse patients with peri-rectum injecting. As results,in all the cases, 7 children were cured by the first treatment ; among the other 19 adult cases, 12 cases were cured after the first treatment and 4 cases were cured after the second treatment,3 cases received obvious improved therapeutic effect;the follow-up 2 years no recurrence was found,effective rate was 100% ,cured rate was 88.5%. For the advantages such as simple in operation, less in complication, lower in expenses, as well better safety, the injection therapy is believed a effective method in the treatment of prolapse of rectum.
