直肠前切除术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂7例报告

Anterior Resection of Rectum in Treating Complete Rectal Prolapse in Adults.A Report of 7 Cases

为探讨直肠前切除术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂的疗效，对7例成人完全性直肠脱垂患者采用直肠前切除术。7例随访3个月至4午，无复发、便秘，无术后近期死亡、并发症。结果表明，直肠前切除术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂安全、可靠、疗效确切。

For the objective to explore the therapeutic effect of anterior resection of rectum for complete rectal prolapse,from April 2001 to January 2005,7 patients suffered from complete rectal prolapse were treated by anterior resection of rectum. All the patients were followed-up for 3 months to 4 years with no recurrence of rectal prolapse,nor constipation,neither death in short time,nor complications. Above-mentioned results show that anterior resection of rectum is a safe and effective procedure in treating complete rectal prolapse in adults.
