改良荷包式缩肛术在直肠脱垂治疗中的应用（附6例报告）

Improved Purse-string Constricting-anus Procedure Used in the Treatment of Prolapse of Rectum：A Report of 6 Cases

为观察改良荷包式缩肛术治疗直肠脱垂的疗效，选用可吸收合成缝合线，进行皮下潜行波纹状环肛缝合，并行肛尾缝的强固缝合，达到缩肛固脱直肠的目的。该法施治6例，全部治愈，住院6～14d，平均8．7d。结果表明，该术式环肛荷包式潜行缝合，皮面无切口，无外露线段，创伤小，术后不需拆线，操作简便，效果可靠。

For observing the therapeutie effects of improved purse-string constricting-anus procedure for rectal prolapse,author selected absorbable suture to perform hypodermic creeping waveform-tike circuitedanussuture in 6 patients with this disease. The 6 cases were all cured,their hospitalization duration were 6 -14 days,averaged 8.7 days. Therapeutic results show that the procedure has such advantages as simple manipulation, less trauma, reliable effects,and no incision and exposed suture-segment on the skin-surface, no need to remove the suture.
