摘要
导弹的头体连接对导弹的整体结构动力学特性会产生很大的影响,这种结构会呈现较强的非线性特征,其动特性参数会随着外界载荷和振动量级的变化而变化,而该参数又是飞行稳定控制系统设计的重要依据。因此,为了考察和评定带有间隙结构的导弹动特性参数随载荷和振动量级变化的情况,本文阐述了一种不同于以往导弹全弹结构动特性试验的新的试验思路-加载试验方法和变量级试验方法,针对一个具体的导弹型号,给出了典型载荷的加载实现方式,最后还给出了试验结果并对结果进行了原理性的解释。通过本文的研究表明,本文提出的试验方法在今后的导弹型号研制当中是十分必要和可行的。该方法也可推广到其他类似的民用结构的应用当中。
the nose-body connection of the missile plays an important role in the dynamic characteristics of its whole structure. Such a missile structure demonstrates the high nonlinear properties. Its dynamic characteristics parameters that serve for the design of its control system vary with the load subjected to it and its vibration level. This paper describe a new modal test method of the whole missile structure which is different from the traditional one and is referred to as the modal test method in the case of the load and modal test method in the case of the varying vibration level to evaluate the dynamic characteristics parameters of the missile with the joint structure varying with the loads and vibration levels. In this paper, the implementation of the modal test method in the case of the load is described for the special missile. The test result and its theoretical analysis are also described in this paper. The research in this paper proves that the modal test method suggested in this paper is necessary and feasible in the future missile application and can be extended to the application of the civil structure.
