中医院医疗设备管理浅谈

Briefly discuss the management of medical equipment traditional Chinese medicine hospitals

医疗设备管理是一项集技术、行政与一体的综合管理。它管理的好坏与医院各部门人员的相互配合有着密切的关系,他直接反映出医院的医疗水平。随着医院现代技术的迅速发展、医疗设备发展的日新月异,医疗设备科如何进一步建全相应统一的管理机构,如何把设备管理纳入科学的轨道,这里给出了我们的观点与做法。

Combined with technology and administration, the management of medical equipment is a kind of multiple management which reflect the level of medical treatment in hospital directly, and whether it can succeed or not depends on how well all the departments can cooperate with each other. Some practices and standpoints are showed in this paper by reviewing the process of reformation in Medical Equipment Section of our hospital when establishing high-level hospital.
