摘要
隐性知识与显性知识的转化促进了新知识的产生。国内外学者从不同的角度,提出了一些知识转化模型。本文对几种典型知识转化模型的应用领域进行了分析,建立了知识转化模型的评价指标,对这几种知识转化模型进行了比较和评价。
The transformation of tacit and explicit knowledge promoted the knowledge innovation, several knowledge transformation models have been put forward by scholars. The author analyses the application domain of these models, and designs four evaluation targets of them, at last, the author makes a comparison and evaluation of these typical knowledge transformation models.
