摘要
对专利信息的分析与研究,能为企业发展提供技术策略、竞争对手评估、反竞争情报对策等,是企业竞争情报与反竞争情报工作的重要内容。本文从竞争情报和反竞争情报的角度,充分论述了专利分析的技术与方法,并对专利分析过程中存在的问题提出了一些看法。
The analysis and research on patent information is very important in Enterprise Competitive Intelligence and Counterintelligence , which can provide the company with technology strategy, competitor review, as well as countermeasures in counterintelligence process. This paper fully describes the technology and method of patent analysis from Competitive Intelligence and Counterintelligence, and puts forward some views about patent analyzing.
