系统地叙述了钢铁企业中热力设施的种类．分析了热设施的特点，在企业中承担的任务和应处的地位．并从设计、施工、试运、维护及生产管理等方面提出了具体的措施以确保热力设施的安全、经济运行。

This work systematically presents types of thermal facilities in iron and steel enterprises. It analyzes characteristics of the thermal facilities and the positions in the enterprises. On the basis of design, installation ,trial operation ,maintenance the work propos- es specific measures so as to guarantee safety and ecomomic operation of the thermal fa- cilites.
