摘要
本文在中间规模的热态实验台架上对双室内循环流化床煤气化炉的点火升温、两流化床中的温度分布以及两流化床间的热量转移进行了实验研究。根据实验结果,计算了高温惰性颗粒在两床间的循环量,得到了颗粒循环量与辅助气流量之间的关系,讨论了各种因素对本气化系统的影响。本文的工作为后期的煤气化实验打下了良好基础。
An experimental study concerning ignition and heat of the gasifier with a twin-fluidized-beds,temperature profile of the twin-beds as well as heat transfer between the two beds, has been made in a middle scale hot experimental apparatus. The solid particle circulating rate between the beds has been calculated from the experimental results. In this paper we discuss and analyse various variables effecting on the operation of the gasifier. A steady base has been made for the further coal gasification study.
