小缸径柴油机直喷式燃烧系统的研究与试验 被引量:7

摘要 本文论述了小缸径(80mm以下)柴油机直喷式燃烧系统的研究与试验,给出了有代表性的DI175F直喷式柴油机的研究试验结果,并与原机175F和国外同类机型柴油机性能做了比较。其比燃料消耗率由原机278g/(kW·h)降低到250.9g/(kW·h),手摇起动最低温度由原机0~5℃降低到—12℃。本研究结果性能指标已达到国外同类机型90年代水平,为我国小缸径柴油机直喷技术的应用提供了可靠的依据。 This paper describes the investigation and application of a small cylinder diameter (less than 80mm) diesel engine with D. I. combustion system. Exprimental data of a typical DI175F small cylinder diameter diesel engine are given out and compared with the original 175F diesel engine and counterparts in the world. By using D. I. combustion system, the specific fuel comsumption 278 g/(kW·h) of the original engine is reduced to 250. 9g/(kW·h) and the lowest starting temperature 0-5℃ of the original engine is reduced to -12℃ by hand cranking. Investigation and expri-mental results show that performance targets of a small cylinder diameter diesel engine with D. I. combustion system have reached current advanced level in the world. It offers a reliable basis for further applying the technigue of small cylinder diesel engine with D. I. combustion system to our country.
