摘要
本文根据传热学理论,在大量实验的基础上,阐述了提高管片式水-空气散热器传热元件性能的有效技术途径,提出了径向菱形切口翅片管束和径向条形切口翅片管束的传热、压降和流型可视化实验结果以及传热、流阻实验关联式。通过比较分析各类高效传热元件,得出径向菱形切口翅片管束是现今比较好的管片式空冷器传热元件。
Based on the fundamentals of heat transfer and a great number of experiments, this paper explains effective technological ways in improving the heat transfer function of the fin-tube type air-cooler components. The experimental results and their correlations of heat transfer, flow resistance and flow visualization in the flow cross radial rhombic notch and louver finned-tube banks have been proposed. According to the comparison and analysis of present data the radial rhombic notch finned-tube bundles are recommended for the better type of the air-cooler design.
