摘要
本文介绍了UICC新型汽油机燃烧系统在EQ1100单缸试验机上进行进一步试验研究的结果。试验表明,压缩比由原机的7.0提高到8.6,使发动机获得了满意的性能。外特性最低指示燃料消耗率为226.3g/(kW·h),比原机低14.4%;最大指示扭矩和最大指示功率分别提高7.8%和2.3%。新燃烧系统具有较强的抗爆能力和稀然能力。排放测试表明。CO排放量比原机有明显下降,HC排放量与原机相近。
This paper reports the results of a further experimental study on the new UICC combustion system on a single-cylinder test engine of the EQ6100 gasoline engine produced by the second automotive works. By employing this new combustion system, the compression ratio can be increased from the original value of 7. 0 to 8. 6. and an improved engine performance is obtained. The minimum indicated specific fuel consumption at full throttle is reduced from 264. 3g/(kW·h) to 226. 3g/(kW·h) (14. 4% lower), and the maximum indicated torque is increased by 7. 8% , the maximum indicated power output is increased by 2. 3%. Since the new combustion system has higher antiknock ability, the ignition timing can be optimized at the maximum torque under various oper- ation conditions. The exhaust emission of CO is considerably reduced as compared with that of the orginal engine, and HC emission is about the same.
