以学生为本 做好高职学生思想政治工作

当前高职学生思想和心理上存在的问题主要有:失落感、自卑感强;学习没有目标,缺乏进取心;心理不成熟等。要解决这些问题,应确立“以学生为本”的高职学生思政工作基本思路,包括:教育实施中的全员参与;教育内容上的分层实施;教育目标上的全面发展。

The idea of ＂Putting people in the first place＂ is the main thought in power and scientific development of the Communist Party of China. The thought of taking people as key point is even to establish regarding students as masters in the educational field. Our starting point and general aim of doing students＇ work is doing everything well for the complete development of students, taking the students interest and requirements as key line, carrying out teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, enthusiastically doing the students＇ work well, trying our best to serve students wholeheartedly and becoming their good teacher and helpful friend.
