电力勘测设计院竞争战略探讨——源于迈克尔·波特竞争战略理论的思考

摘要 面对电力勘测设计市场日益加剧的竞争,各电力勘测设计企业都在积极地进行战略性思考。当前,电力供需矛盾逐步缓解,电力建设高潮已渐渐回落,另一方面,电力辅业改制尚未尘埃落定,市场竞争格局走向不明,研究经营战略难度更大。本文运用迈克尔.波特的竞争战略理论,分析电力勘测设计行业的产业结构特点,并用统计数据验证产业结构对行业内竞争者整体影响,对电力勘测设计企业选择竞争战略时需考虑的关键因素进行了探讨。 In the face of the aggravating competition of the electric power survey & design market, all electric power survey & design enterprises are now actively taking strategic consideration. Currently, the contradiction of the electricity supply and requirement has been coming to alleviated and the electric construction peak is also coming down. Moreover, the reformation of the electric assistant system is still not accomplished yet; the competition situation of the market is not that clear which increases the difficulty of the strategic operation research. The competition strategy theory by Michael E. Porter is adopted and the industrial structure characteristic of the electric power survey & design is analyzed here. Furthermore, the statistical data has been developed to validate the whole influence to the competitors from the industrial structure as well as the discussion on the critic points which have to take into consideration when the electric power survey & design enterprises choose the competition strategy.
