现行的检察权内部管理模式面临着一些问题和挑战,新时期检察体制创新必须以现代管理理念为支撑,以有效控制执法权为目标,探索建立检察管理新模式,实现检察权在内部制约机制下的独立运行,检察案件管理中心就是一种行之有效的新机制。
