痰热清对中风后多器官功能衰竭综合征防治作用临床研究

The Clinical Observation on Tanreqing Injection (痰热清注射液 ) for MODS Caused by Apoplexy

目的观察痰热清注射液对中风后多器官功能衰竭综合征(MODS)患者血内毒素(ET)与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法将31例中风并发MODS患者随机分为两组,两组均予常规西医治疗,治疗组加痰热清注射液静滴;治疗后1、3、7d分别抽取外周血检测ET及TNF-α。结果对照组死亡12例,治疗组死亡4例。治疗组ET及TNF-α水平明显低于对照组。结论常规西医治疗加痰热清注射液可以有效降低患者ET及TNF-α水平,明显降低患者死亡率。

Objective:To observation the effect of Tanreqing Injection(痰 热 清 注 射 液 ) for MODS caused by apoplexy and on the levels of ET and TNF- α .Methods:31 patients were devided randomly into the treatmnet group and the controlled group.Patients in both groups accepted Ousual therapy of WM,those in the treatment group accepted Tanreqing Injection in addition.ET and TNF- α in blood were measured at the 1st,3rd and 7th day after treatment.Results:There died 12 patients in the controlled group and 4 patients in the treatment group.The levels of ET and TNF- α of the treatment was lower than of the controlled group.Conclusion:The treatment that the usual therapy of WM and giving Tanreqing Injection could reduce the levels of ET and TNF- α ,and the rate of death.
