摘要
通过对西方管理思想史上对人性探索的历史回顾,以及对近些年来盛行的工作团队的介绍,可以看出团队对员工人性方面的充分发挥有积极的一面,但同时也存在着问题。以往的人性假设理论只注重个体的需要以及积极性的提高,没有把人放在群体中去研究,忽视了人与人之间的相互作用对生产的影响。因此,我们需要对工作中的人性进行全面的重新探讨,形成新的人性假设,以促使管理理论、管理思想和管理制度等发生相应的改变。
By reviewing the exploration of human nature in ideology of western management in history and introducing the popular work teams in recent years, the author of the paper finds that though work teams are positive for the menifestation of human nature of the working staff, they have problems. Human nature hypothesis just pays attention to the individual need and increase of enthusiasm, but fails to study human beings in groups, thus neglects the influence of interpersonal interaction, Therefore, we should explore human nature comprehensively and form new human nature hypothesis so as to promote the change in theory, ideology, and system of management.
