摘要
分析了固定化酵母在甘蔗糖蜜酒精发酵中载体结垢、杂菌污染及活化速度慢、保养难等问题的形成原因,并提出相应的解决方法.
The scale formation of carrier material, bacterium infection, slower activation and hard maintenance in alcoholic fermentation from sugar molasses by using immobilized yeast are analyzed. To solve the problems, relevant measures are given.
